This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and 8" discharge configuration with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit consists of a cast iron casing, a stainless steel impeller with a 13-1/2" nominal diameter, and a stainless steel shaft. It includes a bronze shaft sleeve as part of the dry shaft design. The mechanical seal assembly is comprised of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. Pressure tappings are provided on both the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 150 HP Baldor ODP motor. The motor utilizes a NEMA 444T frame and meets NEMA Premium Efficiency MG1-12.55 standards. Power requirements are 460V/60Hz/3PH. The assembly features greasable bearings, an AEGIS SGR, and an insulated bearing on the non-drive end. It is configured with a standard Woods coupler, a coupler guard, and a welded structural steel base that includes an integral drip pan. The unit is rated for 40 °C ambient operation.
