This Taco CI Series close coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The pump incorporates a stainless steel shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that prevents contact between the shaft and the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This model includes flush seal line taps, pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections, and a rear pullout design that allows for servicing without disturbing the system piping. The top center line discharge configuration assists in piping layouts and self-venting.
