This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction and 1-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes a cast iron casing, a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a dry shaft design with a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and Viton rubber. This pump is rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F and includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. The rear pullout design allows for servicing without disturbing system piping, and the top center line discharge configuration supports self-venting.
This pump operates at 3450 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor motor. It is configured with a TEFC enclosure, a JM frame style with feet, and AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and operates on a 230-460V, 3PH, 60Hz power supply with across-the-line starting. The unit is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature.
