This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 9 1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The unit incorporates a dry shaft design with a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The pump utilizes a mechanical seal constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, providing a temperature rating of 250 °F. The casing includes gauge ports for suction and discharge connections to facilitate system monitoring.
This assembly is configured with a 125 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a NEMA frame 444 TS, operating at 3450 RPM. Power input is 460/60/3 with across the line starting. It includes an AEGIS SGR, an insulated bearing on the NDE, and a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard. The pump is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan. This model meets premium efficiency standards per NEMA MG1-12.55 and has a PEI of 0.94.
