This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 9-1/2" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The pump incorporates a dry shaft design with a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings on suction and discharge connections to facilitate system monitoring and maintenance.
This pump operates at 1150 RPM and is powered by a 3 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. The motor is a 213 T frame configured for 230-460/60/3PH power and utilizes across the line starting. The assembly includes a welded base with an integrated drip pan, a Woods coupler, and a standard coupler guard. The motor meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The bearing frame features sealed-for-life bearings designed for a 60,000-hour L10 life.
