This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump construction includes a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with a 9-1/2" nominal diameter, and a bronze wear ring. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve in a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components, rated for operation up to 250 °F.
The pump operates at 3450 RPM and is driven by a 125 HP Baldor motor in a 404 TS frame. The motor uses an ODP enclosure and is configured for 460/60/3 PH power. This unit features premium efficiency meeting MG1-12.55, an AEGIS SGR, and an insulated bearing on the NDE. It is mounted on a welded base with a drip pan, an OSHA, and a Woods coupler. This configuration includes greasable bearings and has a DOE PEI of 0.94.
