This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller, and a 7-1/4" nominal impeller diameter. It utilizes a dry shaft design with a bronze shaft sleeve to isolate the shaft from the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. The pump assembly includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections.
The pump is driven by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor TEFC motor operating at 1750 RPM. It is configured for a 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor uses a 213 JM frame style with feet. This unit meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and has a DOE PEI rating of 0.89. It is arranged for counter-clockwise rotation, features a 40 °C ambient rating, and utilizes an across-the-line starting option.
