This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features an 8" suction and a 6" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes a 13-1/2" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, housed within a cast iron casing. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft paired with a bronze shaft sleeve to maintain a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The pump casing design allows for service without disturbing the system piping.
The unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 60 HP Baldor TEFC motor. The motor is mounted in a 364T NEMA frame and is configured for 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power. It meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump is installed on a welded base that incorporates a drip pan and features a Woods coupler with a standard coupler guard. This configuration has a PEI value of 0.93.
