This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a bronze wear ring within a cast iron casing. The assembly incorporates a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for 250°F. The pump casing includes standard pressure tappings for suction and discharge connections.
Driven by a 15 HP Baldor TEFC motor, the pump operates at 1750 RPM. It features a 230-460/60/3 PH power supply, NEMA 254 T frame, and across-the-line starting. The motor meets premium efficiency MG1-12.55 standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The unit is mounted on a welded steel base with an integral drip pan and a standard coupler guard protecting a Woods coupler. The bearing frame is configured with greasable bearings, and the pump maintains a PEI of 0.87.
