This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 2" suction and a 1-1/4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 6-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a cast iron casing with a bronze wear ring. The pump includes a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft configuration that isolates the shaft from the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. Pressure tappings are included on the suction and discharge connections, and the pump incorporates flush seal line taps.
The pump is driven by a 7-1/2 HP WEG motor with a TEFC enclosure, operating at 3450 RPM. It is configured for a 230-460/60/3 PH power supply using an across-the-line starting method. The assembly utilizes a 213 JM motor frame with feet and is rated for 40 °C ambient conditions. This unit complies with NEMA standards and MG1-12.55 premium efficiency requirements. Additional features include AEGIS shaft grounding, CCW rotation, and a DOE PEI of 0.92.
