This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction connection and a 2" discharge connection with ANSI Class 250 flanges. The pump includes a cast iron casing and a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It is equipped with a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, capable of operating at temperatures up to 250°F. The rear pullout design allows for servicing without removing system piping, and the top centerline discharge configuration facilitates venting. The pump incorporates flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections.
This unit is driven by a 1 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and operates at 1150 RPM. It is configured with a JM motor frame style with feet and features AEGIS shaft grounding. The power supply requirement is 230-460/60/3PH, and it utilizes across-the-line starting. The motor meets NEMA standards and premium efficiency requirements under MG1-12.55, rated for a 40°F ambient environment with counter-clockwise rotation.
