This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller and includes a bronze wear ring. The assembly is constructed with a cast iron casing, a stainless steel shaft, and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal features a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. The pump incorporates a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the circulating fluid and the shaft.
This pump is powered by a 10 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230-460/60/3 power supply. The unit operates at 1750 RPM and uses a NEMA 215 T-frame with AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes a drip pan and a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard. The motor meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards, and the pump has a PEI of 0.94. The system is rated for 40°C ambient temperatures and utilizes counter-clockwise rotation.
