This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing and a bronze impeller featuring a bronze wear ring. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The 11" nominal diameter impeller is dynamically balanced and secured to the shaft with a key.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP WEG motor in a NEMA 256 T frame with an ODP enclosure. It is configured for 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply with across the line starting. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes an integral drip pan and a Woods coupler with a standard coupler guard. The motor is premium efficiency, meeting MG1-12.55 standards, and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump has a DOE PEI value of 0.92 and operates in ambient temperatures up to 40°C with counter-clockwise rotation.
