This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 10" nominal impeller diameter constructed from bronze with an integrated bronze wear ring. The pump casing is constructed from cast iron and includes pressure tappings on the suction and discharge ports. The unit is designed with a stainless steel shaft protected by a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, supporting fluid temperatures up to 250°F.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 15 HP TEFC WEG motor, NEMA 254T frame. The electrical configuration is 380V, 60Hz, 3PH with across-the-line starting. It includes AEGIS shaft grounding and greasable bearings. The pump assembly is mounted on a welded structural steel base that includes a drip pan and a standard coupler guard. This equipment meets premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and has a DOE PEI value of 0.94.
