This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 2" suction and a 1-1/4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump construction includes a cast iron casing, a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. The dry shaft design prevents contact between the pump shaft and the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal assembly utilizes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. This unit includes flush seal line taps for filter installation and pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 1-1/2 HP Baldor TEFC motor with an integrated drip cover. The motor is configured for a 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply and utilizes a 145JM frame with feet. The motor meets premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The unit features across the line starting, operates in a 40°C ambient environment, and is set for counter-clockwise rotation. The assembly utilizes a rear pullout design and top center line discharge, and it maintains a DOE PEI rating of 0.78.
