This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 250 flanges. The pump construction includes a cast iron casing, a stainless steel impeller with a 9-1/2" nominal diameter, and a bronze wear ring. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The bearing frame is configured with greasable bearings.
This unit operates at 3450 RPM and is driven by a 75 HP WEG motor in a NEMA 365TS frame with a TEFC enclosure. It is configured for a 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power supply and utilizes an across-the-line starting method. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes an integrated drip pan and a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard. The motor meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. This pump has a PEI rating of 0.94.
