This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 5" suction and 4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 9 1/2" bronze impeller. It uses a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that isolates the shaft from the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal is composed of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, and it is rated for a maximum temperature of 250 °F. The casing includes integrated suction and discharge pressure tappings.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 20 HP WEG TEFC motor. The motor is an NEMA 256 T-frame model configured for 380V, 60Hz, 3PH power with across the line starting. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that features an integral drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard covering a Woods coupler. The unit meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and has a PEI value of 0.93.
