This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge, both configured with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The pump design incorporates a slip-on shaft sleeve and a dry shaft configuration that prevents fluid contact with the shaft. It includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. This unit is rated for temperatures up to 250°F and includes a bronze wear ring.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP motor. The Baldor motor features an ODP enclosure, a 215 JM frame with feet, and functions on 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH power. The motor meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. This pump has a PEI value of 0.86 and is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature. The rear pullout design allows for maintenance without disturbing system piping, and the top centerline discharge configuration provides self-venting.
