This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction port and a 2-1/2" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit uses a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a bronze wear ring housed within a cast iron casing. It incorporates a dry shaft design with a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The pump utilizes a mechanical seal constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250 °F.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 15 HP, TEFC Baldor Super E Premium Efficiency motor in a NEMA 254 frame. Power requirements are 230/460V, 60Hz, 3PH with across the line starting. The motor includes AEGIS shaft grounding and meets MG1-12.55 standards. The assembly is configured on a welded base with an integrated drip pan, a Woods coupler, and a standard coupler guard. This pump is EISA compliant with a DOE PEI of 0.94 and an HI energy rating of 6.
