This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump uses a 10" nominal impeller diameter and is constructed with a cast iron casing, bronze impeller, and bronze wear ring. The unit incorporates a dry shaft design with a replaceable, slip-on bronze shaft sleeve to isolate the shaft from system fluids. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, supporting fluid temperatures up to 250 °F. This model includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. The rear pullout design permits servicing without removing system piping.
This pump is configured with a 7-1/2 HP Baldor motor in a 213JM frame with feet and a TEFC enclosure. It operates at 1750 RPM on 230-460V/60/3PH power. The motor features AEGIS shaft grounding and is rated for a 40 °C ambient environment. The starting option is across the line. This unit conforms to NEMA standards and meets premium efficiency requirements as defined by MG1-12.55, with a DOE PEI value of 0.94.
