This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction port and 8" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with a 13-1/2" nominal diameter, and a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The pump design incorporates a dry shaft construction to prevent contact with the circulating fluid and does not include a wear ring.
The unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 125 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a NEMA 444 T-frame. It is configured for a 460/60/3 power supply and features premium efficiency that meets MG1-12.55 standards. The motor assembly includes an AEGIS SGR, an insulated bearing on the non-drive end, and greasable bearings. The pump is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and a standard Woods coupler protected by a coupler guard. This model has a DOE PEI rating of 0.94.
