This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features an 8" suction and a 6" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit uses a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The construction incorporates a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve in a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 50 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. The motor is a NEMA 326 T frame, configured for 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH power with across the line starting. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes a drip pan and a Woods coupler protected by a coupler guard. The pump features AEGIS shaft grounding and meets premium efficiency standards per NEMA MG1-12.55. The unit has a DOE PEI value of 0.93.
