This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a cast iron casing. It utilizes a dry shaft design with a bronze shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The pump includes flush seal line taps for filter installation and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. A rear pullout design allows for servicing of the internal components without disturbing the system piping, and the top center line discharge configuration assists with self-venting and simplifies piping layouts.
This pump is configured with a 30 HP Baldor motor in a 284 frame, featuring a JM style with feet and an ODP enclosure. It operates at 3450 RPM with a power supply of 230-460/60/3PH. The motor provides premium efficiency, meeting MG1-12.55 standards, and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The unit operates in a 40°C ambient environment, follows NEMA standards, and is configured for CCW rotation and across the line starting. The pump has a DOE PEI value of 0.9.
