This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction connection and a 2" discharge connection. The unit utilizes a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with a 9-1/2" nominal diameter, and a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This pump is configured with ANSI Class 125 flanges and employs a dry shaft design.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 5 HP Baldor Super E premium efficiency motor with an ODP enclosure. It is configured for 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power and uses across the line starting. The assembly includes a NEMA 184 motor frame, a power frame size H, and AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump is mounted on a welded base with a drip pan and features a Woods coupler. This equipment is EISA compliant with a DOE PEI of 0.86 and an HI energy rating of 14 for a 40°C ambient environment.
