This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction port and an 8" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a cast iron casing. The assembly includes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal is configured with a tungsten carbide seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation in clean water temperatures up to 300 °F. Pressure tappings are provided on both the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 75 HP, Baldor ODP motor in a 365 T-frame. The electrical configuration is 230-460/60/3 with across-the-line starting. The motor meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The unit is mounted on a welded structural steel base equipped with an integral drip pan and a standard Woods coupler protected by a guard. This pump assembly features greasable bearings and has a DOE PEI rating of 0.94.
