This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller, and a stainless steel shaft sleeve. It utilizes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, capable of operating at temperatures up to 250 °F. The design includes a dry shaft, pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections, and flush seal line taps. A bronze wear ring is integrated into the casing. The rear pullout design allows for servicing without disturbing system piping, while the top center line discharge facilitates self-venting.
This unit is configured with a 10 HP, 1750 RPM Baldor motor in an ODP enclosure with a 215JM frame and mounting feet. It operates on 200V/60Hz/3PH power with across the line starting. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding for electrical protection. The pump is rated with a PEI of 0.86.
