This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and 8" discharge. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing and a bronze impeller with a 13-1/2" nominal diameter. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft protected by a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes ANSI Class 125 flanges, bronze wear rings, and integrated pressure tappings at both the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 75 HP WEG Super E Premium Efficiency motor in a NEMA 365 T-frame with a TEFC enclosure. It is configured for a 380V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply with an across-the-line starting option. The assembly includes greasable bearings and is mounted on a welded structural steel base with an integrated drip pan. A standard Woods coupler connects the motor to the pump and is enclosed by a coupler guard. This unit has a DOE PEI value of 0.94.
