This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction connection and a 3" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes a cast iron casing and a 9-1/2" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze. The internal design utilizes a stainless steel shaft paired with a bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, providing a temperature rating of 250°F. The pump assembly incorporates a dry shaft design and greasable bearings within the bearing frame.
The pump is driven by a 15 HP, 1750 RPM motor enclosed in a TEFC housing. This Baldor motor is configured with a 254 T-frame and operates on 230-460/60/3 power. The unit includes a welded base with an integrated drip pan and a standard coupler guard. The system features across the line starting and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and has a PEI value of 0.91. The pump rotates CCW and is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature at 60Hz.
