This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller with a bronze wear ring housed within a cast iron casing. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the fluid and the shaft. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 15 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and a 254T NEMA frame. This configuration uses a 230-460/60/3 PH power supply and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and an OSHA. A standard Woods coupler connects the pump to the motor, which features greasable bearings. This unit maintains a DOE PEI rating of 0.94 and meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards.
