This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump includes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller and a cast iron casing equipped with a bronze wear ring. The unit utilizes a dry shaft design with a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing provides suction and discharge pressure tappings for system monitoring.
The pump operates at 1450 RPM and is driven by a 7.5 kw Baldor TEFC motor. The motor is configured with a 132M B3 foot-mounted frame, Class "F" insulation, and a Class B temperature rise. This unit operates on 415V/50/3PH power and includes a WYE Delta starting option. The assembly is secured to a welded base with an integrated drip pan and a Woods coupler protected by a standard guard. The motor provides a 1.0 service factor and is rated for operation in a 50°C ambient temperature.
