This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 5" suction port and 4" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump assembly consists of a cast iron casing and an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It utilizes a dry shaft design with a bronze shaft sleeve to protect the shaft from contact with the system fluid. The mechanical seal contains a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operation at temperatures up to 250 °F. Additional features include flush seal line taps for filter installation and pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections. The rear pullout design enables maintenance without removing the system piping.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 15 HP Baldor Super E Premium Efficiency motor. The motor features a TEFC enclosure, is built on a JM frame with feet, and complies with NEMA MG1-12.55 standards. It is configured for 380V, 60Hz, 3PH power and utilizes an across the line starting option. The unit has a PEI of 0.97.
