This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features an 8" suction and a 6" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller housed within a cast iron casing. It utilizes a dry shaft design consisting of a stainless steel shaft protected by a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal is constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with an operational temperature rating of 250°F. This unit is configured without a wear ring.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 75 HP Baldor Super E Premium Efficiency TEFC motor in a NEMA 365 T frame. Power requirements for the motor are 380V/60Hz/3PH. The pump is mounted on a welded base that includes an integral drip pan, a Woods coupler, and a standard coupler guard. This equipment meets NEMA MG1-12.55 efficiency standards and has a DOE PEI of 0.93.
