This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 5" suction and a 4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges and bronze wear rings. The pump uses a 9-1/2" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller housed in a cast iron casing and cover. The mechanical seal is configured with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, and is rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes flush seal line taps and suction and discharge pressure tappings. A rear pullout design permits internal component servicing without removing system piping.
The pump operates at 1150 RPM and is powered by a 5 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure and JM frame style with feet. It is configured for a 230-460V/60/3 power supply with an across-the-line starting option. The motor is rated for 40°C ambient operation, follows NEMA standards, and meets premium efficiency MG1-12.55 requirements. This configuration includes AEGIS shaft grounding and is set for counter-clockwise rotation.
