This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller. The pump utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a tungsten carbide seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, which is rated for operation in clean water temperatures up to 300°F. The bearing frame includes greasable bearings and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
This pump is driven by a 40 HP Baldor ODP motor in a NEMA 364T frame, operating at 1150 RPM on 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power. It features premium efficiency that meets MG1-12.55 standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan and utilizes a Woods standard coupler protected by a guard. The motor is configured for across the line starting with a 40°C ambient rating.
