This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 9-1/2" nominal impeller and a cast iron casing with a bronze impeller and a bronze wear ring. The pump includes a stainless steel shaft sleeve and utilizes a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The rear pullout design allows for service without disturbing system piping, while flush seal line taps permit the installation of filters.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 15 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. It is configured for a 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power supply and features an across-the-line starting option. The motor is built on a 254 JM frame with feet and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and has a PEI of 0.9. It operates in a 40°C ambient environment and utilizes a top center line discharge configuration.
