The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing and a bronze impeller with a bronze wear ring. It utilizes a 7-1/4" nominal impeller diameter and a stainless steel shaft paired with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, providing a temperature rating of 250 °F. The pump design incorporates a dry shaft to prevent contact with circulating fluid and includes pressure tappings for monitoring suction and discharge connections.
This equipment operates at 3450 RPM and is driven by a 60 HP WEG TEFC motor in a 364TS NEMA frame. The electrical configuration supports 230-460V, 3PH, 60Hz power with across-the-line starting.
