This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit consists of a cast iron casing and a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It incorporates a dry shaft design with a bronze shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The seal is rated for operation up to 250 °F. The pump assembly includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. The rear pullout design allows for servicing without disconnecting the system piping, and the top center line discharge configuration assists with pump venting.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. The motor is configured with a JM frame style with feet and features AEGIS shaft grounding. The electrical requirements are 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power with across the line starting. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. This equipment has a DOE PEI rating of 0.9.
