This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and 8" discharge with ANSI Class 250 flanges. The unit utilizes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a cast iron casing equipped with a bronze wear ring. It is constructed with a stainless steel shaft, a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve, and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250 °F. The pump casing includes pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections.
The unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 125 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a 444 T frame, configured for 460/60/3 power supply. It utilizes across-the-line starting and meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 with a PEI of 0.94. The pump is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard, utilizing a Woods coupler. The assembly features greasable bearings, an AEGIS SGR, and an insulated bearing on the non-drive end, with an ambient rating of 40 °C.
