This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with ANSI Class 125 flanges, a 10" suction, and an 8" discharge. It utilizes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a stainless steel shaft equipped with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The sealing assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections, as well as flush seal line taps.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 125 HP, 460V, 3PH ODP premium efficiency Baldor motor in a 405T NEMA frame. The motor is configured with AEGIS SGR, an insulated bearing at the NDE, and is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature with across the line starting. It is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. This unit uses a Woods standard coupler for the greasable bearing frame, features counter-clockwise rotation, and has a PEI of 0.94.
