This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with ANSI Class 125 flanges, a 3" suction, and a 2-1/2" discharge. The pump utilizes an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The dry shaft design prevents circulating fluid from contacting the shaft. It includes a bronze wear ring and a mechanical seal constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F.
The unit is driven by a 10 HP Baldor ODP motor in a NEMA 215 T-frame configuration. It operates at 1750 RPM on a 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply using an across the line starting method. The motor meets premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan, a standard Woods coupler, and a coupler guard. This pump is rated for 40°C ambient conditions and has a DOE PEI of 0.87.
