This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with 5" suction and 4" discharge ANSI Class 125 flanges. It is equipped with a 7-1/4" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, paired with a stainless steel shaft and a bronze shaft sleeve. The pump utilizes a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and Buna rubber components, rated for temperatures up to 225 °F. The unit incorporates a dry shaft design to prevent the circulating fluid from contacting the shaft.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure, configured in a 213 T frame. The electrical configuration is 230-460/60/3 with AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and has a DOE PEI value of 0.92. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and includes a Woods coupler with a standard coupler guard. The rotation is CCW, and the motor is rated for 40 °C ambient operation.
