This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with a 6" suction and 5" discharge, designed with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The pump incorporates a dry shaft design and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings at the suction and discharge connections for monitoring and standard gauge ports.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 75 HP WEG TEFC motor in a 365T NEMA frame. The motor is configured for a 380V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan and utilizes a Woods coupler to connect the pump to the motor. This unit meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards and has a PEI value of 0.93.
