This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features an 8" suction and a 6" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes a 13-1/2" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, housed within a cast iron casing. It uses a stainless steel shaft paired with a bronze shaft sleeve. The pump seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The design incorporates a dry shaft and pressure tappings on both suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1150 RPM and is driven by a 30 HP Baldor Super E motor in a TEFC enclosure. It is configured for a 230/460V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply with across the line starting. The motor utilizes a NEMA 326 frame and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan, a Woods coupler, and a coupler guard. This EISA-compliant unit is designed for 40°C ambient temperature operation.
