This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It incorporates a stainless steel shaft, a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve, and a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP Baldor Super E premium efficiency motor with a TEFC enclosure, housed in a NEMA 256 frame. The pump is configured for 230/460V, 3PH, 60Hz power with a Y-Delta starting option. It is mounted on a welded base that includes a drip pan and is connected to the motor via a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard. The equipment is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature and meets MG1-12.55 efficiency standards. It has a DOE PEI value of 0.9 and an HI Energy Rating of 10.
