This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 6" suction and 5" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes a 7-1/4" nominal impeller diameter constructed of stainless steel housed within a cast iron casing and cover. The assembly utilizes a stainless steel shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The pump design incorporates flush seal line taps, pressure tappings at the suction and discharge connections, and a dry shaft configuration. The rear pullout construction allows for servicing without disconnecting system piping, while the top center line discharge supports self-venting.
This pump is configured with a 10 HP TEFC motor and operates at 1750 RPM. It uses a 230-460/60/3 power supply and is mounted on a 215 JM motor frame with feet. The motor is manufactured by Baldor and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The system operates at a 40 °C ambient temperature and a maximum fluid temperature of 250 °F. The pump meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and features a PEI of 0.96.
