This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction connection and a 1-1/2" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing and an 11-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It incorporates a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that prevents contact between the circulating fluid and the shaft. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The pump casing is designed with pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections, and the unit is configured without a wear ring.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and utilizes a Baldor motor in a 213 T-frame style at 60Hz. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes an integrated drip pan and a standard coupler guard protecting a Woods coupler. The motor is rated for 40°C ambient temperatures and adheres to NEMA standards. The unit has a Pump Efficiency Index (PEI) of 0.95 and is configured for standard counter-clockwise rotation.
