This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with ANSI Class 125 flanges, a 3" suction connection, and a 2-1/2" discharge connection. The unit utilizes a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a stainless steel shaft equipped with a bronze shaft sleeve. It incorporates a dry shaft design to prevent the circulating fluid from contacting the pump shaft. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F.
This pump is powered by a 7-1/2 HP, 1750 RPM Baldor motor in an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230-460/60/3PH power supply. The motor utilizes a 213 T-frame and meets NEMA premium efficiency standards, specifically MG1-12.55, with an AEGIS shaft grounding ring. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan and includes a Woods coupler covered by an OSHA. This model is configured for across the line starting and has a PEI value of 0.94.
