This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump construction includes a cast iron casing and a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It uses a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that prevents the circulating fluid from contacting the shaft. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components, with a temperature rating of 250 °F. The casing is equipped with pressure tappings at the suction and discharge connections.
This unit operates at 1450 RPM using a 15 HP WEG motor with a TEFC enclosure. It is configured with a NEMA 254T frame and is rated for 380-415V, 50Hz, 3PH power. The motor meets MG1-12.55 Super E Premium Efficiency standards and utilizes across-the-line starting. The pump assembly is secured to a welded structural steel base that includes an integral drip pan, a Woods coupler, and a standard coupler guard.
