This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 1-1/2" suction and 1-1/4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It incorporates a stainless steel shaft equipped with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and utilizes a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The seal is rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The pump assembly does not include a wear ring and utilizes greasable bearings within the bearing frame.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 2 HP, TEFC Baldor motor in a NEMA 145 T-frame. It is configured for 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power with across the line starting. The pump is mounted on a welded base that includes an integrated drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. The connection to the motor is made via a Woods flexible coupler. The assembly features AEGIS shaft grounding and meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55, with a DOE PEI value of 0.86. The system operates in a 40°C ambient environment with counter-clockwise rotation.
