This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 6" suction and 5" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges and a bronze wear ring. The assembly utilizes an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The pump is equipped with a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that prevents contact between the system fluid and the pump shaft. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. Additional components include flush seal line taps for particle filtration and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
This unit is driven by a 20 HP, 1750 RPM Baldor motor in a 256 JM frame style with feet. The motor features a TEFC enclosure, a drip cover, and an AEGIS shaft grounding ring. It operates on 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power with an across-the-line starting option. The motor is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature and meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. The pump includes a PEI value of 0.94.
